Anthony St. Martin, the designer at Sageland Design in Tri-Cities, WA, has been in the construction industry for 30 years. He has hands on experience in several construction trades including framing, foundations, roofing, siding, drywall, cabinets, finish carpentry, tile, concrete flatwork, and landscaping. He has been building homes for 25 years, and designing for 12 years. Anthony’s wide range of hands-on experience affords him a rare practical knowledge for creating cost effective and functional home designs and blueprints for houses.
