About Sageland Design
Sageland founder and designer Anthony St. Martin got his start as a framer in the construction industry in 1986. He progressed to building houses in 1991, and built over 800 homes in the following years. His design work began 25 years ago, becoming his full-time job in 2009. Anthony has worked with clients all over the country, from Alaska to Texas and Florida to Maine.
While he has a national reach–doing work in states such as Oregon, Idaho, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennesee, Alaska, Florida and North & South Carolina–Anthony is proud to call Kennewick, WA the home of Sageland Design. The company is family owned and operated and has been doing business in the local area for 8 years. Most of their clients are from Kennewick, as well as nearby Richland and Pasco.

Our design expertise, coupled with our background in building, has offered real value to hundreds of clients.
